Baking and cooking with whole foods is a taste adventure. Trying to do it while living in our modern world even more so. How did we arrive where we are, where something like food, so integral to the body and soul and our well-being, has been reduced to an after-thought and a drive-thru? We have time to watch cooking on TV and but no time to cook. Then there is the the nutrtion and food hype that contradicts itself and never makes sense. It is time to change and re-capture the knowledge of what true food and flavour is and re-store our lifestyles so we can actually enjoy it and the vitality that will go with it.
